Indignant con't
Work's been kinda hell lately... with all the unhappiness building up in the last 3 months... I think I have reached my threshold. I had a huge row with the operations manager on friday over how he is overstepping his authority and taking thing into his own hands. Somehow, I feel that men tend to undermine women in a male dominated industry... they think women are pushovers. And then a colleague of mine says what I am going thru now is character building, it will make me stronger!
In all honesty... I think I have a hell lot of character already, otherwise I wont be having a fight in office with the ops manager on what I think is wrong.

Work sounds tough but I'm sure you'll get through it, maybe a holiday would help?
But in regards to character building, cliches just make the situation worse, especially when its "its not you, its me".
